Roles & responsibilities:
Manage and keep an eye on all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Organize and communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution. Enforce and monitor compliance with security laws and production requirements. Ensure that project budgets are managed and expenditure is kept within permitted limits by keeping a close check on both. Contracts, change orders, and progress reports are examples of project documentation that has to be created and examined. Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise throughout the building process. Assist engineers, designers, and architects in order to ensure that all project criteria are met. Update stakeholders on the project's progress on a regular basis and address any queries or issues that may arise.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Professional credentials such as PMP or CMIT are preferred. five years or more of project management experience in the construction industry. strong acquaintance with construction procedures, building rules, and regulations. exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
